Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to coordinate daily operations, handle customer inquiries, and manage scheduling and logistics. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a focus on providing excellent service while ensuring efficient routing and dispatching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and service requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Schedule, dispatch, and track service calls, deliveries, or field staff
  • Coordinate routes and adjust schedules to meet changing customer or operational needs
  • Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in dispatch/logistics systems
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and service delays
  • Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of services
  • Collaborate with drivers, technicians, and management to improve efficiency

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, logistics, or call center environments
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast-paced settings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch/order management systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with routing software or GPS tracking systems
  • Knowledge of logistics, transportation, or service scheduling
